• Provide professional customer service to a client‑facing site.
• Engage with residents, visitors, contractors, and other stakeholders in a heavy foot traffic setting.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols on foot to inspect building and grounds.
• Maintain high observation skills and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and management.
• Prepare logs and reports on incidents as required.
• Respond to emergency situations following established procedures for the site.

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
