Piper Companies is seeking a Scientist to join a Bio / Engineering Production team in Medford, MA.
This is a full-time, onsite, 6-month contract role with potential for conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong biology background with hands-on experience in iPSC stem cell culture, differentiation, and QC within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Full-time onsite schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Lead and support iPSC production and related lab activities
* Perform hands-on stem cell culture and differentiation
* Execute QC-related tasks in accordance with SOPs
* Maintain accurate lab documentation and records
* Support Bio/Engineering Production workflows
* Follow all safety, GMP, and GLP standards

Required Qualifications
* Biology degree strongly preferred
* Proven hands-on experience with:
* iPSC cell culture
* Stem cell differentiation
* Quality Control (QC) processes
* Pharma or biotech industry experience preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Recent PhD with strong post-doctoral experience in:
* iPSC culturing
* Stem cell differentiation
* QC-focused lab work
* Up to $55/hr
OR
* Master's degree with several years of hands-on industry experience in:
* iPSC cell culture
* QC environments
* Pharmaceutical or biotech production
* $40hr-50/hr
