Joina rapidly expanding hospitalist group dedicated to providing high-quality,patient-centered care in short-term nursing facilities in Medford, MA. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our mission, helping to enhance patientoutcomes and overall care experience in a collaborative environment.
ScheduleFull-time Monday –Friday 9am – 5 pm no call no weekends
Compensation & Benefits$120,000- $200,000 potential. Full benefits package
Requirements- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
- National certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or assisted living settings is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and facility staff
- Abilityto work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize patient careneeds
