11pm-7am (1st and 2nd shift available also)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time; $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for part-time. Great new shift differentials.
Regal Care at Courtyard Medford is a short and long term care facility located in Medford, MA. We are currently seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team. Full time, part time and per diem RN/LPN openings on all three shifts. Experience is not required and new RN/LPN grads are welcome.
Candidates must possess a valid MA LPN license in good standing.
Responsibilities- Assist Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
- Help Residents with personal hygiene
- Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Document Resident food and fluid intake
- Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
- Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
- Transport Residents within the facility
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed
- Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
- Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards
- Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
- Valid MA LPN license in good standing
- New RN/LPN grads welcome; experience is not required
- Regal Care requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all personnel and affiliates who will be present at a facility. Religious and medical exemptions will be provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
