LPN or RN Shifts

RN / LPN – Full or Part-Time

We are seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team! Whether you are looking for full-time (at least 30 hours per week) or part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) opportunities, we have positions available for you.

Full-time RNs and LPNs receive $5,000 upon hire, while part-time positions receive $2,500.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated RN/LPN charge nurses to provide personalized care to our residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure their comfort and well‑being. We welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and providing nourishment throughout shifts.
• Help residents with personal hygiene tasks.
• Monitor residents' health and report any issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident living areas.
• Transport residents within the facility as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required.
• Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.

• Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Experience is not required; new RN/LPN graduates are welcome to apply.
• Commitment to providing high‑quality care to residents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
