RN Vascular Access PICC​/Midline

Overview

Atúlo is seeking an experienced Vascular Access RN to support safe, efficient patient care through expert placement of peripheral IVs, midlines, and PICC lines. This role works on-site within a partner facility in Medford, MA and collaborates closely with clinical teams to ensure timely vascular access support and high-quality patient experiences.

• Perform ultrasound-guided placement of PICC and midline catheters
• Provide advanced peripheral IV insertion across patient populations
• Assess and prioritize vascular access needs throughout the facility
• Educate clinical staff on vascular access techniques and safety standards
• Document procedures accurately in the facility’s EMR
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support quality and safety initiatives related to vascular access

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Vascular Access Board Certification (VA-BC)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
