Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients recover and return to a pain-free life.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
  • Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
  • Strong clinical skills.
