Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Manager based in Medford, MA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Daily responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, supervising construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management systems and procedures
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and compliance requirements in the construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience managing mid-rise mixed use projects is a plus
