F&B - AREA MANAGER (POINT OF HIRE MEDAN) Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area
- Ensure sales targets and profitability goals are achieved
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and SOP standards
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate Store / Outlet Managers
- Control operational costs and monitor financial reports
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality / Management preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership skills and target-oriented mindset
- Willing to travel regularly within the assigned area
