Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by practicing honesty and empathy to deeply understand their unique business needs, challenges, and objectives, and to build long-term trust‑based partnerships.
- Surpass revenue targets through an agile and consultative sales approach, positioning and selling ESB products with honesty and clarity, clearly demonstrating their direct impact on clients’ operational efficiency and business profitability.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end implementation process with agility, proactively managing changes and risks to ensure seamless integration of ESB products into clients’ operations while consistently meeting agreed project timelines.
- Provide strategic consulting services grounded in empathy and honesty, delivering practical insights and recommendations that align with clients’ business goals, support sustainable growth, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
- At least 2–4 years of work experience in an FnB/Tech sales company or related fields.
- Diploma degree, but preferable bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- A customer‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem‑solving aptitude.
- Ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Working location:
Medan area.
