With almost 15 years of experience & its significant impact, Gratyo® Indonesia has a headquarter in Jakarta with focus in 15 major cities and beyond across Indonesia. We believe in working with FUN yet serious for success, enabling us to give significant impact to our clients who are mostly Entrepreneurs.

As a Certified Business Coach, you will coach our clients to identify blind spots, unlock business potential, and provide strategic coaching and management consultation based on proven practical frameworks from Gratyo® Global Awards Winning Business Coaching Company. The significant impact you will give to our clients are beyond business, since it could touches their family’s life too.

8+ years of leadership experience in C-level, Directors, or Senior Management roles in national or multinational companies with a proven track record growing companies.

Solid background in Marketing & Branding, and strong in strategic & high premium Sales.

Proven achievements in national or multinational companies, preferably in B2C and B2B.

The role is based in Medan
; applicants living in Aceh, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Batam are also welcome.

Willing to participate and pass from the Gratyo® Business Coach Certification & Training Program (further details will be provided after passing the initial screening stage).
