Overview
Life Guard/Pool Monitor: this candidate must possess the ability to positively interact with the general public in a positive and professional manner while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This person must adhere to industry guidelines and exercises sound judgement with safety as the first priority.
Responsibilities- Maintain constant surveillance of members in the facility and be able to enforce all club wet area rules.
- Act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of members in the event of an emergency.
- Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Work independently and/or with the team with energy and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a clean wet area and pools by performing house cleaning duties on a large scale.
