Total Safety is seeking Boilermakers (NCCER preferred) with experience in Deluge Systems, Bolt Up, and Screw Pipe. Responsibilities include providing maintenance services, installing pipe, fittings, valves, and piping systems, as well as inspecting boiler components, towers, and exchangers in industrial settings to ensure proper function.

• Maintain job site documentation, such as timesheets and drawings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications for installation activities.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and perform pipe fitting.
• Work in challenging positions, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working at heights up to forty feet.
• Work flexible shifts or weekends and travel as needed.
• Tighten and loosen bolts on flange connections and manways per ISO drawings.
• Assist with installation/removal of blinds for pressure testing.
• Handle pipe fittings, bolts, valves, and assemble pipes and fittings according to specs.
• Use impact wrenches, combination wrenches, and line-up pins for installing valves and piping spools.

• At least 3 years of boilermaker experience in fire protection, petrochemical, or oil refinery industries preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment/tools up to forty pounds.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and alcohol screening, including UA, hair follicle, and breathalyzer tests.

Industrial or shop environments, often exposed to wet, humid, outdoor weather, and vibration. May encounter high pressure, chemicals, gas releases, or fire. Noise levels are usually moderate.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• NCCER certification in Pipe fitting/Boilermaker (preferred).
• Current TWIC card.
