The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent, fresh, and food‑safe experience for guests. We manage inventory, replenishment, promotions, and safety across all Food and Beverage areas, supporting both in‑store and drive‑up services.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, prioritizing guests over tasks.
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards, Starbucks brand standards, and food safety standards.
• Execute all food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, and data accuracy.
• Track promotional activities and ensure consistent Starbucks experience while driving efficiency.
• Support the Starbucks Drive‑Up process for digital orders.
• Keep the dining area inviting for guests all day.
• Engage guests, meet and exceed expectations, and greet them authentically.
• Produce items per specifications and packaging guidelines.
• Monitor temperature‑sensitive items, record cleaning tasks, and follow best practices.
• Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items.
• Ensure accurate in‑stocks and proper perishable inventory procedures.
• Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and maintain compliance.
• Assist with back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, and Drive‑Up duties.
• Perform any other duties as needed.

• Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Willpower to work beyond a typical computer‑based job; weekends and nights are frequent.

• Previous Starbucks or food‑service experience preferred, but not required.

• Capacity to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Independence and teamwork capability.
• Quick resolution of guest questions on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Composure in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks.

• Accurate cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in temperature ranges from 34°F to –10°F.
• Work in spaces where allergens may be present.
• Remain mobile throughout the shift.
