LPN Charge Nurse PRN

Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center in Mechanicsville is seeking LPNs for its 120 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

We offer full time nurses a set schedule EOW with pay based on experience! We also have a daily pay option available!

7a to 7p - 7p to 7a shifts available

The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.
