The Spa Manager will be assessed on the following metrics:
Spa Growth – Including but not limited to membership conversion;
Brand Awareness—Connecting with the local community and schools;
Team Development—Are you able to train and grow your team?;
Gift card sales—be comfortable selling during the holidays. The Mechanicsville spa offers an exciting opportunity to grow and expand from the ground up. • 2 to 3 years sales management experience in the salon/spa, or retail industry
• Driving membership conversion, retention and providing ongoing training to the front desk team.
• Ability to adapt to different types of personalities in a professional and courteous way
• Ability to coach a sales team and hitting sales goals, guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation
• Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care treatments
• Strong and clear communication skills
• Conduct interviews for potential new hires and make recommendations for selection
• Maintain a clean and organized spa
• Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery

• $45,000- $54,000 base salary
• Bonuses and Commission to be discussed
