Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician.
Location:
MECHANICSVILLE, VA (We hire for many locations in US)
- Drive to various customer locations from the pickup parts location.
- Visit business offices and houses to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Use own car to travel and provide service to customers.
- Work primarily with Dell products (previous experience is a plus).
- Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and attire.
- Be prepared for overtime and extensive driving (300+ miles per week).
- A+ Certification mandatory (training/expired status accepted).
- Dell or other product manufacturer certification a plus.
- Good experience with laptops and desktops.
- Good experience in break/fix.
- Undergo background check and driving record verification.
- Complete Dell certification training (online, free).
- Accept contract agreement terms and conditions.
- Pay biweekly for approved hours.
- Mileage reimbursed – contact for details.
- Plan for backup vehicle if yours breaks down.
- Standard pay rate and good mileage reimbursement.
- Seeking committed technicians who can be assets to the company.
- 48 hours feedback timeframe for each applied job.
