As the Director of Global IT PMO at Owens & Minor, you will report directly to the Chief of Staff, Global IT Operations, and play a key role in defining, managing, and facilitating the future of Owens & Minor’s IT service delivery and operations processes. You will be responsible for building the PMO from the ground up, including all processes, procedures, and metrics.

Initially, you will have one direct report and will oversee the health and proper function of Global IT's distributed Project Managers. Your expertise in project management, process management, and organizational change management will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with several teams within our internal IT organization, including IT Service Management and IT Operations, document current processes, identify gaps, create roadmaps for improvement, define metrics, and develop/deliver training to champion the changes
