Configuration Manager

Responsibilities- Own and manage the CMDB (Ivanti Neurons for ITSM)
- Define and enforce ITIL-based Configuration Management processes
- Integrate and manage Azure resources within a third‑party CMDB
- Hands‑on use of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
- Collaborate with Incident, Problem, Change, and Fin Ops teams to ensure CMDB accuracy and CI governance
