Covenant Woods in Hanover County is looking for a Full‑Time Assisted Living Manager to supervise our Assisted Living and Memory Support neighborhoods. • Direct unit operations and evaluate nursing care for all residents.
• Report condition changes to physician, Director of Nursing (DON) and families.
• Maintain regulatory compliance through chart audits, staff interviews, and environmental rounds.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of ISPs and UAIs and other required documentation.
• Coordinate ISPs with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Manage the Memory Care Neighborhood and partner with the Dementia Coordinator on best practices.

• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, long‑term care or hospital industries; experience or exposure to the senior population preferred.
• College degree in a healthcare‑related field and management experience; licensed nurses encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory and management experience, including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Covenant Woods applications, with ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours to support peak service delivery days and times.
