About the Position

As an Optometrist on our team, you’ll provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages (4yo to geriatric). Responsibilities include routine eye exams, diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and educating patients on proper eye health and preventative care. You’ll practice alongside a collaborative team in a supportive, community-centered environment.

• Excellent location in Richmond, Virginia
• 5 day work week, no call responsibilities or nights/weekends

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Valid Virginia optometry license (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive guaranteed salary of $150,000-$180,000 DOE
• Net collections sharing of 30%
• Signing bonus of $25,000
• $10,000 relocation assistance provided to ease your move
