• Companionship:
  Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to seniors.
• Assistance with Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Help with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Medication Management:
  Assist clients with medication reminders and ensure they adhere to prescribed medication schedules.
• Meal Preparation:
  Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and preferences.
• Light Housekeeping:
  Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for the senior.
• Transportation:
  Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential outings.
• Monitoring Health:
  Observe and report any changes in the senior s health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any significant changes in the client's condition.

• 1 year of CNA/NA/PCA experience preferred
• Willing to accept new PCAs/CNAs and provide in-home care training.
• A valid driver s license, reliable transportation required - may need to drive clients in own vehicle. Will be reimbursed for mileage with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) and an insured vehicle.
• Must be willing to work in homes with pets. Cats and/or dogs
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally. Must respond to calls/messages in a timely manner
• Willingness to work some weekends or evenings
• Must follow agency communication procedures
• Must be able to assist with standing, walking, transfers, bending, and light lifting (35lbs or less)
• Must be able to perform personal care, household tasks (light household cleaning, meal prep, mobility assistance, transportation using client or personal vehicle)
• This role requires reliability, accountability, and the ability to show up consistently for clients who depend on care.
