The role is with US Acute Care Solutions (USACS) as a Hospitalist/Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a national group that supports leadership, development, and quality patient care.

Location:

Richmond, VA. Salary: $350,000 - $400,000. Posting activity: 1 week ago with applicants invited.

• Provide hospitalist services as part of a daily hospitalist team (18 physicians/APPs) on a 7-on/7-off schedule.
• Collaborate with dedicated nocturnists and subspecialty support; operate in a closed ICU with no procedures required.
• Utilize the Epic EMR and engage in a team approach with Hospitalist and Emergency Department under one Integrated Acute Care Director.
• Participate in clinical governance and management tools; support orientation and assemblies through USACS.
• Engage in professional development programs including leadership tracks and academies.

• Hospital: 255 beds; 24/7 in-house coverage for physician services including anesthesia, hospitalist, ICU, OB, radiology with CT/US/vascular studies; on-call services across multiple specialties; primary stroke and STEMI centers with in-house cath lab.
• Emergency Department: 41 beds; ED admits about 24% of visits;
  Epic with Dragon EMR; residen ts rotating from VCU; vertical fast track; three CT machines; three in-house interventional cath labs; STEMI receiving hospital; opening a freestanding ED in December 2025.
• Other USACS services at this location and ongoing expansion plans.
