Cool Spring Baptist Church in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a passionate Student Minister to lead the ministry for 6th-12th grade students and parents, fostering relationships, mentoring student leaders, and organizing transformative programs.

• Lead and grow the 6th-12th grade student ministry, creating a safe and engaging environment for spiritual development.
• Organize and promote innovative worship and discipleship programs, including youth conferences, community service, and small group mentorship.
• Manage the ministry budget, safety policies, and leader training, ensuring compliance with church policies and youth ministry best practices.
• Collaborate with inter‑ministry teams to integrate the student ministry into the broader church vision and worship life.
• Mentor and equip student leaders, encouraging leadership development and theological growth.

• College degree with ministry experience, preferably in youth or student ministry.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a personal commitment to Christian values.
• Proficiency in Biblical teaching and a passion for fostering spiritual growth among students and families.
• Experience in technology utilization, ministry equipping, and building relationships within a youth community.
• Active pursuit of personal and professional growth, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic ministry environment.
