Maternal - Fetal Medicine Physician

Healthcare United is actively seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director to lead and expand our growing team in Central Pennsylvania

. The role involves leadership responsibilities with the potential for rapid practice growth and development
.

• Collaborate with Women s Health Service Line leadership to achieve system-wide goals and initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in MFM services.
• Oversee quality measures
  , patient experience
  , and outcomes for the MFM program.
• Act as a liaison between the MFM service and other clinical departments.
• Work with nursing and other areas of the health system to meet goals and ensure system integration.
• Lead efforts to improve department productivity and financial performance
  .
• Provide academic leadership in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine
  .

• Team of five current MFM physicians with plans for growth
• Three-year MFM fellowship program offering teaching opportunities and call coverage support.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
  .
• Experience in invasive MFM procedures is required.
• Ultrasound experience is highly recommended.
