Customer Fulfillment Associate (Seasonal)

Location: Mebane, NC

Team members will pick and pack sports-related products for customers in our air-conditioned warehouse in Mebane, NC. Team members will also assist with stocking and restocking products within the Fulfillment area.

There are two shifts available for this role:

• 1st Shift
  • Off-Peak: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Peak: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• 2nd Shift
  • Off-Peak: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • Peak: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

During the 12‑hour peak shifts, team members follow a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month.

We are seeking a dynamic, hard‑working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a "roll‑up your sleeves" attitude.

• Review order and pull product from warehouse shelving, ensuring the right item and amount of item is selected
• Pack orders in the correct shipping box or sleeve
• Sort items for shipping using various pieces of equipment
• Put away stock to warehouse locations using an RF device from case goods for overstock
• Create shipping label using warehouse system software and scale
• Assist with keeping a clean and safe working environment throughout the CFC
• Work in other areas of the warehouse as needed; support work at our Washington St facility as needed

• Candidate should be able to pick, pull, pack, and restock merchandise with minimal absenteeism and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to read numbers and letters and match them up with picking locations.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel and reach about your head.
• Must be able to go up and down step ladders safely while carrying products.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to learn basic computer skills.
