Security Officer - Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail or mall location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, storefront perimeters, corridors, and parking areas to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or operational concerns;
Monitor entrances, loading areas, and high-traffic zones; observe for unusual behavior and document findings per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with site leadership, and contacting public emergency services when needed;
Complete detailed written reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts during shift transitions
