Security Officer - Building Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property interior, exterior, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and common areas, verify credentials when required, and direct visitors to approved destinations per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders;
Prepare clear written reports of daily activities, patrol findings, and incident responses, and communicate pertinent updates during shift turnovers
