Associate III – Sales Associate

The successful individual will leverage retail experience to drive sales, deepen product knowledge and create a memorable Kate Spade experience for every guest.

• Achieve individual sales goals and drive business results.
• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Provide exemplary customer service and build personal connections with guests.
• Communicate the Kate Spade new york aesthetic, brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Execute operational tasks as directed by the company.
• Accurately process all POS transactions.
• Adhere to visual directives and ensure daily store standards.

• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

• Available to work a store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.

Base pay range: $15.00 to $17.00 hourly
