Sales Associate

• Achieve individual sales goals and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate Kate Spade Experience and building personal connections with guests.
• Execute operational tasks as directed, accurately process all POS transactions, and maintain visual standards in the store.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Proactive ability to multi‑task and prioritize, and work well in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand for extended periods, safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds, and comfortably climb ladders.
