This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor

The work model for the role is:
Onsite, Mebane, NC

Your role and responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining Sheet Metal and Copper planning (manufacturing instructions, NC code, tooling documentation)
  • Provide quick response to all fabrication systems & planning issues to support assembly requirements.
  • Prototype & test custom parts for all product lines within the plant
  • Plan new parts - Library new parts to Trutops Boost and Ehrt Punch Pro
  • Master data corrections in SAP (Boms and Routings)
  • Review Rev changes / CNs, WAs, and ECNs
  • Nest parts in Trutops Boost
  • Participates in daily meetings
  • Support daily operations in Fab
Qualifications for the role
  • Excellent Math skills:
    Fractions, decimals, volume and area, geometry: radius, diameter, circumference
  • Self-motivated / Problem Solver – Provides input at Tier 2 meetings and production meetings
  • 1 year of fabrication experience (sheet metal equipment & processes)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to flex hours to meet business needs
  • Proficiency reading blueprints and working with 3D models
