What's the Job?

• Prioritize safety issues and address any safety concerns that arise within the plant environment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair functions on all equipment to support productivity and reliability throughout the facility.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for down equipment coverage and project execution.
• Train operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize technical skills such as reading electrical schematics, designing electrical panels, and building panel boxes to ensure optimal equipment performance.

What's Needed?

• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring to prints, designing electrical panels, and building panel boxes.
• Proficiency troubleshooting electrical systems using test equipment like multi‑meters, amp probes, and data recorders.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) is preferred, along with the ability to troubleshoot AC and DC motors and controls up to specified voltages.
• Familiarity with servo drives, sensors, vision systems, and PLC controllers, especially Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Experience performing predictive maintenance activities such as thermographic imaging, ultrasonic testing, vibration analysis, and oil analysis.
