- Inventory Management:
Take charge of our inventory levels to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You'll track stock, predict demand, and come up with strategies to avoid overstocking or running out of items. - Warehouse Operations:
Manage our warehouse activities, making sure everything is stored properly, space is used efficiently, and safety standards are met. - Transportation Coordination:
Plan and coordinate transportation to ensure goods are delivered on time and at the best cost. This involves choosing carriers, negotiating rates, and tracking shipments. - Logistical Support:
Get involved in various logistical tasks like sourcing suppliers, receiving goods, purchasing materials, and dispatching orders. Your goal is to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. - Order Processing:
Handle the entire order process from start to finish, ensuring every order is accurate and delivered on time. - Tech Savvy:
Utilize cutting-edge distribution and order management software to streamline operations and maintain accurate records.
- 2-4 years in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of logistics management and best practices.
- Proficiency in order processing and tracking systems.
- Comfortable with stocking and receiving shipments.
- Familiar with distribution and order management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills and a knack for working well with different teams.
