We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Lead to own and drive the delivery of a major CRM transformation initiative. This role will serve as the day-to-day owner of the Salesforce platform and delivery program
, ensuring successful implementation while partnering closely with Sales, IT, and business leadership.
This is not just a project management role. We are looking for a hands‑on CRM leader who can run Salesforce delivery, guide platform decisions, and build a scalable enterprise CRM foundation that supports long‑term growth.
The CRM Lead will oversee the rollout of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud
, manage systems integrators and vendors, ensure alignment with Sales processes, and drive adoption across the organization.
- Own day‑to‑day delivery of the Salesforce CRM program from mobilization through go‑ and stabilization.
- Lead implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud as the system of record for leads, opportunities, quoting, and renewals.
- Establish scalable CRM architecture, design patterns, and governance standards.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
- Drive user adoption through change management, training strategy, and role‑based enablement.
- Ensure the platform supports standardized sales processes, mobile enablement, and actionable analytics.
- Coordinate integration with enterprise systems, including JD Edwards ERP
, for customer, pricing, order, and inventory data. - Lead data readiness, migration, and validation activities.
- Manage testing cycles across CRM and integrated platforms.
- Manage systems integrators, Salesforce partners, and delivery teams.
- Ensure the program stays aligned to scope, schedule, and quality targets.
- Establish delivery governance, release management, and operational handoff for ongoing platform support.
- 10+ years leading CRM or enterprise application delivery programs
. - Deep experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations
. - Proven ability to lead CRM transformation initiatives from planning through deployment.
- Experience managing systems integrators and multi‑vendor delivery teams
. - Strong experience driving user adoption, change management, and business alignment
. - Ability to operate as a trusted partner to Sales leadership and executive stakeholders
.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud
. - Experience integrating Salesforce with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
. - Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or similar).
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B distribution environments
.
- Salesforce CRM program mobilized and executing against a clear delivery plan.
- Strong alignment between Sales leadership, IT, and implementation partners.
- High user engagement and adoption across the sales organization.
- A scalable Salesforce platform foundation supporting future CRM expansion.
