• Lead multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
• Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SDS readiness activities and processes
• Create and deliver presentations with recommendations to management
• Identify and monitor key measures to ensure project success and prepare project status reports

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading product strategy
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

• 7 or more years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Experience in SaaS/IaaS product release and/or Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Previous readiness experience highly desired
• Demonstrated strong matrix management skills
