Human Resources Business Partner

We are working with a manufacturing company in Mebane, NC that is a seeking a HRBP. This person will be onsite and be in a tactical role with some strategic aspects. This individual should be comfortable sitting on the manufacturing floor and working with plant leadership at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact on the shop floor for HR-related issues.
• Partner with supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for hourly and salaried roles.
• Administer HR processes including attendance, corrective actions, and policy compliance.
• Facilitate training and development programs for safety, compliance, and skills.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits.
• Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
