Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Mebane, NC Assisted Living Facility. This full‑time position is split between our Mebane and Chapel Hill NC sites and offers a flexible schedule.

• Evaluate and treat residents under physician orders using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
• Maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

• Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum one year of experience; two years preferred.
