About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team in Apex ABA Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
Base Pay RangeBase pay range
: $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr
- Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
- Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans.
- RBT Certification.
- Driver's License.
- Data collection skills.
- Completed 40‑hour RBT training course.
