Job Description

We’re hiring a skilled, full-service residential remodeling contractor to handle high-quality home renovation projects from start to finish. Ideal candidate is a true “jack-of-all-trades” with expertise across multiple construction disciplines, capable of managing entire projects independently or leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, basements, decks, etc.)

• Perform hands-on work in carpentry, framing, drywall installation/repair, painting, trim work, flooring (tile, hardwood, laminate), cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry

• Handle or coordinate plumbing repairs/upgrades, basic electrical work, roofing, siding, and masonry

• Demolition, site preparation, material procurement, and job site cleanup

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and permits

• Manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors (when needed), and client communication

• Provide accurate estimates, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in multiple trades: carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, basic electrical, roofing, and general construction

• Proven track record in full-service residential remodeling (5+ years preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to read blueprints and manage project logistics

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Tools and vehicle for job sites

• Preferred:
Relevant licenses/certifications, insurance, and knowledge of local codes
