We are seeking an Account Executive that will be responsible for driving the acquisition of profitable new business through leads and field work, specifically with in-person client/member interaction. In this role, you will be working with both prospective and current client-members throughout McPherson County.

At Farm Bureau, we’re a true one-stop shop. As an Account Executive, you will be prospecting and writing new policies for new accounts as well as assisting clients with their life insurance and business succession needs.

We offer a base salary plus new business production bonuses with uncapped earning potential, member access to Kansas Farm Bureau health plans, a matching 401K plan with a ROTH option, and a collaborative team focused culture that enables all team members to reach their individual production and earning goals. Expected first year earnings with goals met typically range from $50,000-$70,000/year, and can progress beyond $100,000/year within 3-5 years.

• High School Diploma or equivalency exam required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills necessary.
• Candidates with ties to McPherson County and/or having a background in agriculture are preferred.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is NOT required.
