What You Will Achieve

The Pfizer Global Supply Rotational Development Program is an entry-level, two-year rotational role designed to provide early talent an accelerated training in the Pharmaceutical industry. The program offers real world, hands-on experience in important roles and projects to the company while promoting personal and professional growth for the participants.

How You Will Achieve It

Be responsible to deliver on key goals and objectives for the company and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple disciplines that may include Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operational Excellence, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Validation and others.

Rotate through four challenging, demanding and diverse assignments within each area, targeted to provide career growth and experience.

Be assigned to high level, site strategic projects that drive value to the business and our patients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology), preferred OR an Associates degree with 4 year of exp. OR a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA)
  • Strong team skills with demonstrated leadership ability
  • Passion for learning and pursuing a career in the health care industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation and initiative

WORK AUTHORIZATION

Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. This job is not eligible for nonimmigrant visa (e.g. H-1B) or permanent residence (green card) sponsorship under our guidelines. Pfizer is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Office and plant environment, able to enter and navigate cleanroom type environments in manufacturing facilities

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Schedule is primarily Monday – Friday day shift, but at times it will be necessary to work additional times to support emergency manufacturing needs (either onsite or remote)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,200.00 to $97,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
