Shift: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Weekends Required)
Location: McPherson, KS
Pay: 20.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, clean, and prepare equipment and materials for production.
• Participate in shift meetings and communicate effectively across teams.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth production runs.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
