Harvard Maintenance - - Responsibilities:
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas;
Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly;
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas; operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums;
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies;
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management; assist with floods or spills as needed
