$20–25/hour | Full-Time Summer Internship

Onsite – McPherson, KS (with travel)

May 25, 2026 – August 7, 2026

The Construction Management Intern will support project managers and site supervisors across active construction projects. This internship is designed to provide real‑world exposure to project coordination, field operations, safety, and quality control in a fast‑paced construction environment.

• Assist with daily project management activities, including scheduling, procurement, and coordination
• Support site supervisors and project managers in tracking project progress
• Participate in site inspections and quality control activities
• Assist with preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed
• Build working relationships with internal teams, trade partners, vendors, and clients
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Strong interest in construction and eagerness to learn
• Basic understanding of construction processes, tools, and equipment
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and proactive

• McPherson, KS (travel to project sites as needed)
• Full‑time, 40+ hours per week
• Internship runs late May through mid‑August
