This is a part-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist, based in McMinnville, TN. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper usage, managing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance to pharmacy staff, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

• Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of Tennessee and knowledge of pharmacy regulations
• Strong skills in dispensing medications, managing prescriptions, and maintaining accuracy in medical records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling and healthcare provider collaboration
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and safety protocols
• Experience working in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and personalized care
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems is preferred
