Zone Sales Representative

Job Title: Zone Sales Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

• Contact retailers and arrange to provide them with products.
• Call on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Demonstrate products and point out salable features.
• Answer questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
• Complete sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
• Assist in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
• Promote products at trade shows and conferences.

• Be motivated and capable of effectively leading.
• Be able to provide a high level of customer service.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Live the Champion Operating Principles.

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
