Sporting Goods & Automotive Clerk

Bi-Mart is hiring a Sporting Goods & Automotive Sales Clerk to provide excellent customer service and support our sporting goods and automotive departments.

This position builds, promotes, and delivers a high degree of customer service. Other responsibilities can include inventory replenishment, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining merchandise. Daily tasks include prompt and friendly service to customers and precise handling of transactions, including age‑restricted merchandise.

• Provide prompt and friendly service to customers.
• Handle customer transactions accurately, including age‑restricted merchandise.
• Replenish inventory and stock merchandise.
• Assist with cashiering duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized merchandise area.

• Communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Be precise, set priorities, and organize workload.
• Efficiently solve problems and offer solutions.
• Engage with and assist a variety of individuals.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, courtesy clerk, or other retail positions is a plus.
• Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset.
• Knowledge and experience with camping and other outdoor hobbies are valued.

Store hours: 9:00 am–8:00 pm Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm Saturday–Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.

Bi‑weekly / On‑Demand. Hourly rate: USD $15.85 - $18.95 per hour.
