This is a full-time, on-site role located in McMinnville, OR, for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and company policies. Daily tasks include developing and implementing QA procedures, conducting internal audits, managing quality control teams, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and ensuring products meet required standards.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to address quality concerns and achieve best practices is also expected.

• Proficiency in quality control processes, quality assurance standards, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for troubleshooting and process improvement
• Proficiency with QA tools, documentation, and quality management systems (QMS)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Quality Management, Biological Sciences, or a relevant technical discipline
• Previous experience in the CBD or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high product standards
