Brighton Hospice is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to work with end‑of‑life patients. We are a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) certified hospice dedicated to providing exceptional care and service. Our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care by increasing staff‑to‑patient ratios, providing more clinical visits, and reducing clinician caseloads.

• Work under the direction of the Director of CNA Services (or designee) to provide resident care according to resident assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate care with other licensed staff, follow nursing policies and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
• Maintain 1‑to‑1 patient contact while receiving support from the patient care team.
• Work independently and manage day‑to‑day responsibilities.
