** Shift 1 – Sunday – every other Wednesday Day Shift (4:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Shift 2 - Sunday – every other Wednesday Night Shift (4:30 PM - 5:00 AM)
Shift 3 - every other Wednesday – Saturday Day Shift (4:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Shift 4 - every other Wednesday – Saturday Night Shift (4:30 PM - 5:00 AM)

* Job Summary:

** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring we can produce millions of bars.
** Responsibilities:
*** Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other issues on production equipment.
* Install and modify equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols and engineering standards.
* Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repair history.
* Work effectively with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
* High school diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting and repair
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
* Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems (preferred)
* Ability to provide own basic tools
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
